Do you offer sponsorships?
Yes, we do offer sponsorships. We provide support and discounts based not only on skill, but your professionalism and how well you represent yourself and the company. If you are interested, please email us at sponsorship@2feetsouth.com. Don't forget to send a resume, photos, website, results or any other information that would be good for us to know!
What about returns?
If your we shipped an incorrect item, we will replace it.
Do you offer each skateboard design in all sizes?
No. Each design is only available in the size shown.
I don't see my bike listed. Can I still get graphics made for my bike?
Yes. If your bike is not listed please contact us with the year, make and model of your bike and we will respond as soon as possible. We may have or can get what is needed to make a kit for your ride.
Do you charge an art fee for custom graphics?
Yes, we charge a very reasonable $50 per hour art fee for custom graphics. To best create a design that is exactly what you want, it takes us time to do a one off creation especially for you. A custom design can be as simple as 1 hour or up to 10 hours. It all depends on how crazy you want to get.
Do you design team kits?
Yes. These are a great way to make your team stand out. We can create a kit featuring a unique design that includes all team sponsors and each rider's name and number. There is only a one time fee for the original design and can be used for however many kits that you need. When reordering or ordering more sets, you only have to pay for the kits since the designs have already been done.
Can I design my own graphics and send them to you to print for me?
At this time we do not accept customer submitted designs. We take pride in the quality of the designs we create and want to make sure the designs we produce represent our brand. We do accept customer logos or brand specific designs that may be needed to complete a custom or semi-custom kit.
What if I notice a problem with my graphics?
Before we print and ship any semi-custom or custom set of graphics, we will have you review a proof to make sure everything is correct. If you confirmed that the proof was correct, then find a problem after we print and ship the product, we can correct the problem but will be at YOUR OWN EXPENSE - SO PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REVIEW ALL FINAL ARTWORK CAREFULLY. If there is a problem with fitment or quality of the print, we will get as much information to correct the problem. We will do what we can to resolve all issues in a timely manner and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your product.
Do you do dealership graphics?
Yes. We can do complete kits, shrouds, fender arches, swingarm stickers, or anything else you need. All will be designed specifically for your dealership or shop. Also, we will provide bulk rate discounts when purchasing multiple kits or products. Contact us for more information.
